The semi-private training environment serves clients ages 14-80+ in a no-mirror, no-crowds, no-weights-to-drop setting. Strength training on ARX provides optimal motorized resistance that traditional weights cannot, while CAR.O.L delivers AI-powered cardio in minutes.
