NextGym

NextGym is a high-tech personal training studio in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho, opened April 2025 by Madi Hamilton. It runs entirely by appointment and pairs 1:1 elite coaching with ARX Alpha and Omni adaptive resistance machines, Vasper cardio, LiveO2 oxygen training, HUGO Pro PEMF, Power Plate vibration, Platinum LED red light therapy, and Seca body composition scans.
