Leo's Fitness Lab (LeoFit)

Leo's Fitness Lab, branded as LeoFit, is a high-tech private personal-training gym in San Diego founded by Leo Hamel. It is positioned as the only San Diego gym to combine three breakthrough technologies: ARX adaptive resistance machines, the Vasper recovery and metabolic training system, and the BOD POD body composition analyzer.

Clients work one-on-one with trainers, achieving significant results from a single 20-minute ARX session per week. The studio targets all ages, with dedicated programs for seniors and rehabilitation.
