Body Construction is a private personal training studio in Duluth, GA focused on Slow Movement High Intensity Training. The studio is equipped with ARX Fit machines, MedX, Nautilus, and plate-loaded equipment, delivering safe and efficient sessions for clients ranging from young athletes to older adults with joint limitations.
